Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care, assess and plan care, supervise staff, and support quality and safety standards across shifts.

This role requires RN licensure, current BLS, and ACLS within 3 months for designated departments, with CPI and PALS as applicable, plus NRP for select units. Benefits package includes medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN with current state licensure/permit.
• BLS certification required upon hire for all nursing positions.
• ACLS required within 3 months of hire for designated departments (Emergency, ICU, Med/Surg/Tele, Float Pool, OR, PACU, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, L&D, Cardiac care).
• CPI required within 3 months of hire for Bartlett Memphis Float Pool and Behavioral Health RNs.
• PALS required within 3 months of hire for Emergency Dept. and Float Pool RNs.
• NRP required within 3 months of hire for L&D/Mother&Baby/NICU.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care for assigned patients using a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Develops plan of care for newly admitted patients and updates as needs change.
• Delivers designated nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care.
• Performs procedures in the specialty service area.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records.
• Performs related duties as required.
