Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care, assess and implement plans, supervise staff, and support quality and safety in patient care on a shift basis.

Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary care, planning for new admissions, and ensuring thorough documentation and resource management in a busy hospital unit.

Qualifications

• RN with current applicable state licensure.
• BLS certification required upon hire for all nursing positions.
• ACLS required within 3 months of hire for specified departments.
• CPI required within 3 months of hire for Bartlett/Memphis Float Pool and Behavioral Health RNs.
• PALS required within 3 months for Emergency Dept. and Float Pool RNs.
• NRP required within 3 months of hire for L&D and NICU staff.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates patient care for assigned patients using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Develops plan of care for newly admitted patients and adjusts as conditions change.
• Delivers designated nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care.
• Performs procedures in the specialty service area.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records.
• Performs related duties as required.
