Job summary

Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking a Progressive Care/Telemetry RN to deliver high-quality patient care on the Medical Telemetry Unit. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient status and develop care plans.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred, not required.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS or ACLS certification; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and develop care plans.
• Serve as contact for care coordination across hospital departments.
• Act as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications in accordance with policies and procedures.
