Mercy Health’s The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati is seeking a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Telemetry Unit. The role delivers high-quality nursing care, collaborates with the care team, and develops patient-centered care plans for progress toward optimal outcomes.

You will assess patients, implement plans, administer medications safely, and participate in continuous quality improvement. BSN preferred but not required; RN licensure and BLS/ACLS recommended.

Qualifications

• BSN is preferred but not required.
• RN licensure is required to practice.
• ACLS/BLS certifications preferred at hire; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and plan care.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Serve as patient care coordinator across hospital departments.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — preferred

Current RN license or RN applicant

BLS or ACLS certification
