Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS or ACLS certification (ACLS preferred at hire, must obtain; ACLS within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and develop a plan of care
• Administer medications safely and coordinate patient care across departments
• Serve as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement
