Job summary

HonorHealth's Tempe Medical Center is seeking a night shift Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit-2nd Floor. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer meds, monitor responses, and develop care plans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include AZ RN license, BSN preferred, and 1 year of med-surg/acute RN experience; BLS required. This on-site role includes a bonus program and a 3x12 night schedule.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license required.
• BSN preferred; ADN/diploma acceptable with plan to complete BSN.
• 1 year RN experience in med-surg or acute care preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Stroke/post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze health data to inform care plans.
• Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes; ensure accuracy.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge planning.
