Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care in accordance with policies and the nursing process.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code activities.
• Provides patient and family education on conditions and post-discharge care.
