• BLS certification required; RN licensure in AZ (or compact).
• National certification preferred for unit-specific patients.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop an individualized care plan for each patient.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor IV lines, and check dosages.
• Document progress and collaborate with physicians to adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-care needs and discharge instructions.
