Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a dedicated RN for the Telemetry Unit-3P2 in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, medication administration, and coordination of care in a fast-paced night shift environment.

The RN will document patient progress, support stroke-related protocols, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing.
• Active RN license in Arizona.
• 1 year RN experience, preferably med-surg or stroke care.
• BLS certification.
• Shift flexibility for night hours.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze patient data to develop care plans.
• Deliver nursing care including medications, assessments, and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to ensure coordinated care.
• Document care plans and patient responses accurately.
• Mentor and guide nursing staff and students when applicable.
