Qualifications

• RN licensure in Arizona is required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data to develop an individualized care plan.
• Implement plan with nursing interventions and medications.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical data.
• Evaluate and adjust care plans to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
