Responsibilities

• Record patient history and symptoms, perform tests and analyze results.
• Develop and implement an individualized care plan.
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment and home care.
• Provide direction to LPNs and aides; promote a healthy work environment.
• Precept new staff and students; advance clinical knowledge.
