Job summary

HonorHealth’s Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an RN for the Telemetry Unit-3W-Advanced Cardiac Care. You’ll provide direct nursing care, monitor telemetry, administer meds, and coordinate care with the healthcare team to support ACS patients and post-discharge needs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year med-surg/acute RN experience, possess AZ license (or compact), and hold BLS certification. Sign-on bonus up to $10k is available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year's med-surg or acute care RN experience required.
• AZ nursing license or compact state license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• BLS certification required; unit-specific certifications as needed.
• Stroke education requirements considerations per addendum.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data, develop and revise care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and manage IVs per orders and policy.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff for patient outcomes.
