Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care while monitoring patients' heart conditions. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. All travelers are required to float as per facility policies. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs and interpreting telemetry data. Documentation will be completed using the designated electronic charting system. The ideal candidate will have experience with IV insertion and management. Post-care experience from cardiac procedures will be advantageous. Candidates are expected to comply with the dress code and grooming policies. Participation in patient rounding and bedside shift reports is required. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge of cardiac medications and IV drip management. Effective de-escalation techniques and communication with patients are essential. The role will require working every other weekend and some holidays. A supportive and compassionate environment for both staff and patients is essential.
