Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for Telemetry to provide focused telemetry monitoring and patient care at the bedside. The 13-week assignment requires a valid RN license, at least 1 year of experience, and the ability to work 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30.
Candidates should be proficient in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV management, and post-operative cardiac care, with strong infection control practices and the flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends.

Description:Position involves providing telemetry care to patients.Patients may include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.Shift days are from Sunday to Saturday.Shift hours may vary, including nights.Telehealth experience is preferred.Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation is necessary.Candidates must demonstrate competency in managing and caring for various cardiac conditions.Skills in the use of rapid response teams and code team readiness are essential.Care and management of IVs, including peripheral and central lines, is a key responsibility.Experience with oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management is expected.Knowledge of isolation precautions and infection control protocols is required.The role involves post-operative care for cardiac procedures and managing patients on cardiac drips.Candidates must have experience with wound care and surgical drains.Tracheostomy care and management experience are advantageous.Ability to monitor and provide care for patients with neurological and trauma-related conditions is necessary.References from two supervisors will be required.Flexibility regarding potential interviews is desired.All certifications must be current and maintained during employment.The facility maintains strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
