Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for Telemetry on the night shift in a fast-paced 49-bed specialty unit. You will provide bedside care, monitor heart and lung conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements include an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and recent EPIC charting experience. The role may involve frequent float to other units to meet staffing needs within a nicotine-free facility.

Description:This is a specialty medical/surgical unit.The unit consists of 49 beds.It is fast-paced and provides growth in professional knowledge and expertise.Staff will care for specialty patients, including stable heart and lung transplants and Ventricular Assist Devices.Ratios are 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night.Night ratios can occasionally be as high as 1:7.Staff may float to various units as needed.Shifts may include four weekend shifts in an eight-week period.RTO restrictions allow for up to two weeks of requests.Travelers must work two of three major holidays.Recent experience as a traveler is required.First-time travelers are not accepted.Scrubs are mandatory and must adhere to facility guidelines.Applicants from outside the local area are preferred.Use of rapid response and emergency code teams will be required.
