Floresville Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in Floresville, Texas. The RN will lead a nursing staff, develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensure high-quality resident and patient care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

The role requires an active RN license in good standing, completion of orientation, and successful completion of a required training and competency evaluation program.

Competenze

• Must have a valid RN license in good standing.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.

• Lead and manage a team of nursing personnel to provide exceptional care to patients and residents
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and residents
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients and residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform various medical procedures and treatments
