Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team in Round Rock, TX. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care under the Nurse Practice Act and collaborating with the nursing staff to ensure patient needs are met.

Responsibilities include data collection, observations, reporting, and supervising junior staff as needed. The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, have LTC experience, and bring reliability and teamwork to the unit.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed
