Job summary

Golfcrest Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Houston, TX. This in-person role requires leading nursing staff, developing individualized care plans, and performing assessments and treatments to ensure high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate must hold a valid RN license in good standing, complete required training, and pass a background check. Orientation is mandatory, and we value a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid RN license in good standing.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nursing personnel to provide exceptional care to patients and residents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and residents.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients and residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform various medical procedures and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient and resident care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
