Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care within licensure scope.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as certified.
• Maintain EMR documentation with timely, accurate entries.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee staff to deliver EverTrue standards of care.
• Perform rounds and document resident progress.
• Support incident investigations per regulations.
