Responsibilities

• Practices nursing care within licensure and Nurse Practice Act; maintains active license and adheres to regulatory rules.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to define individualized care plans and coordinates care.
• Mixes TPNs, hanges blood for infusions, ports, IV pushes, and related duties per licensure.
• Passes medications and oversees med ordering/administration; monitors IV fluids and treatments.
• Maintains documentation and uses EMR for full clinical records and care plans.
