We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Sub Acute Rehabilitation unit. This skilled nursing facility focuses on rehabilitation and employs a patient-centered approach with an average nurse-to-patient ratio ranging from 1:8 to 1:10. The facility supports an 87-bed capacity and follows strict admission criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes in Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient recovery.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• BCLS certification is necessary.
• Previous charge experience is preferred but not mandatory.
