Qualifications

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• Current BCLS (ARC or AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (ARC or AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of Cardiac related experience, ICU experience, or Heart Valve experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, team building skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the process of receiving and reviewing referrals for TAVR/structural heart therapy.
• Facilitate a multidisciplinary team approach in the delivery of care of the TAVR patient.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary TAVR team.
• Ensure patient/family understand the process, provide education and post‑TAVR follow‑up.
