Job summary

Palmetto-General-Hospital seeks an experienced nurse practitioner to lead day-to-day coordination of the Transcatheter heart valve (TAVR) and structural heart program. The role requires close collaboration with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, radiologists and referring physicians to plan, develop and implement the valve clinic services and ensure seamless patient access and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiovascular care.
• ARNP license (Florida) or equivalent.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of the Transcatheter heart valve (TAVR) and structural heart program.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, cardiologists and radiologists; coordinate referrals and preauthorization.
• Maintain valve clinic records, tracking, and minutes; schedule visits, tests and procedures; ensure documentation compliance.
