AdventHealth in Zephyrhills, FL is seeking a results-driven Recruiter specialized in nursing workforce planning. You will collaborate with hiring managers to reconcile FTEs, approvals, and budgets, and drive the pipeline for healthcare staff across local facilities.

You will analyze recruitment metrics, partner with nursing education and community partners, and coordinate interviews, shadow sessions, and timely placements, while ensuring compliance with Florida background checks and RN licensure

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• ADN or BSN required depending on role.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with hiring managers to reconcile FTEs, open requisitions, and budgeted headcount.
• Guides front line leaders in opening requisitions and obtaining approvals.
• Increases the pipeline of healthcare workers by making hiring decisions.
• Collects, maintains, and analyzes data and metrics to identify trends and advise leadership.
• Partners with community, nursing development, and education teams to promote local healthcare workforce.
• Plans and executes hiring events with Talent Strategy and Talent Acquisition.
• Uses the Workforce Demand Dashboard for workforce planning.
• Acts as a liaison for recruiters with hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
• Reviews daily applicant reports and expedites candidates.
• Guides nursing unit hiring and coordinates job shadow and interviews.
• Determines qualifying and disqualifying factors and redirects candidates.
