Job summary

Froedtert Holy Family Memorial in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking a System Educator-RN to lead the development and delivery of education programs, onboarding, competency, regulatory education, life support, and Nurse Residency initiatives across the Froedtert Health system.

In collaboration with stakeholders, you will facilitate, implement and evaluate education, training and programming to meet staff and department needs, acting as an educational leader, mentor and consultant.

Qualifications

• Three years of healthcare education experience or RN clinical practice experience required.
• Leadership experience such as Preceptor or Charge RNRequired.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and curriculum design preferred.
• Experience in program or project management preferred.
• Experience in precepting or training in clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Froedtert Health education programs and templates across the enterprise.
• Teach system, site, and specialty-based classes as assigned.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify education needs and ensure alignment with standards.
• Serve as educational leader, facilitator, mentor, consultant and change agent.
• Evaluate effectiveness of programs and tools.
