Job summary

Torrington Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to work the 3-11 shift in our newly renovated 4-star facility. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, oversee unit operations, and participate in admissions and nursing meetings to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include medication administration support, auditing new admission charts, liaising with families and physicians, investigating incidents, and assisting with staff evaluations

Qualifications

• Must have current CT RN license.
• Must have experience in Long Term Care.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.

Torrington Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to work 3-11 in our newly renovated 4-star facility. We are seeking a nurse who is committed to patient care, supervising staff able to function as a supervisor and charge nurse when needed to meet the resident's needs. We value teamwork and a team player and are committed to excellence. We currently have a 32-hour 3-11 RN Supervisor position available.

Must have every other weekend availability.

On-call requirement for this position
