Job summary

Apploi is recruiting an RN Baylor Supervisor for 60 West in Rocky Hill, CT. This role oversees daily patient care in all units, coordinating licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring timely resident assessments and communication with the physician.

The position operates 7p–7a on weekends, offering competitive pay and benefits. Requirements include an active CT RN license, CPR and IV certification, and at least 2 years in a charge/ supervisory role in LTC or rehab.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a health-related field preferred
• Current CPR and IV certification
• Minimum 2 years of increased responsibility as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long term care/rehabilitation
• Experience in Staff Development, Infection Control or MDS a plus

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and coordination of patient care in all units for licensed and unlicensed personnel in the Nursing Department
• Maintaining overall responsibility for resident assessments and for recognizing and reporting changes of condition to the attending physician
