Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Decatur, GA is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekends to oversee care delivery, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and ensure timely resident assessments. You will monitor conditions, respond to changes, and maintain documentation to support safety and continuity of care.

Active RN license in good standing is required. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required; we invest in the right heart and mindset and

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
