• Provide direct patient care and support as needed, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and implement best practices in patient care.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as social work, therapy, and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.
• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of staff, ensuring adequate coverage and maintaining efficient workflow.
• Participate in on-call coverage and provide emergency support as needed
