• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care by managing assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Delegate care tasks to nursing staff based on licensure and role.
• Deliver emergency and comprehensive care prioritizing by severity.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Perform rapid assessments, administer treatments, and stabilize patients.
