Essentia Health in Brainerd, MN, seeks a Registered Nurse at St. Josephs Medical Center to lead patient care across all phases, delegate to licensed staff, and deliver timely emergency services.

This role supports mission-driven care within a hospital setting and requires active state licensure, BCLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC or TNCC within specified windows, and 2 years RN Med/Surg experience. The position offers day/night rotation, with every-other weekend, no holidays, and no-call obligations.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS within 1 month.
• ACLS within 1 year.
• PALS within 1 year OR ENPC within 2 years.
• TNCC within 2 years.
• 2 years RN experience in Med/Surg.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year
• Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 year OR Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification within 2 years
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 2 years
• Must have 2 years RN experience in Med/Surg.
