Become part of Essentia’s accomplished team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Brainerd and Baxter, Minnesota, where 465 lakes provide endless options for water sports and recreation. These cities, 125 miles north of Minneapolis, are at the heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area, one of the state’s top vacation destinations.

Education Requirements

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required. If candidate holds an ADN, a BSN degree is required within 3 years.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• As an Administrative Supervisor, play a vital role in overseeing the quality of patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Providing Leadership in Patient Care: organize and oversee patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Make a Meaningful Impact: align with the mission and goals of Essentia Health and contribute to the community.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: maintain adherence to the Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.

Work Schedule

• 60 hours per pay period.
• Every Other Weekend.
• Rotating 12‑hour shifts.
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.

Licensure & Certification

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.

• Compensation: $45.68 – $68.52 per hour.
