This role supports mission-driven care within a hospital setting and requires active state licensure, BCLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC or TNCC within specified windows, and 2 years RN Med/Surg experience. The position offers day/night rotation, with every-other weekend, no holidays, and no-call obligations.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS within 1 month.
• ACLS within 1 year.
• PALS within 1 year OR ENPC within 2 years.
• TNCC within 2 years.
• 2 years RN experience in Med/Surg.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care: organize and deliver comprehensive care across all phases of the patient care process.
• Delegate tasks to nursing staff based on licensure and role.
• Support the facility and Essentia's mission and community impact.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Provide urgent and comprehensive emergency care based on severity.
