Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (3-11), offering top pay and comprehensive benefits in a faith-based facility focused on caring for the caregiver and residents. You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensure timely assessments, and prepare for physician rounds.

Maintain documentation and coordinate care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review.
• Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
