Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a part-time evening shift (7pm–7am) in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role involves supervising CNAs, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and delivering comprehensive nursing care per policy and clinical standards.

The RN will perform assessments, document medical information, and support physician rounds. Strong teamwork and patient-focused care are essential for success in this faith-based organization.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
• IV Certification is required or preferred as stated

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the IDT to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure baseline and periodic assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation.
• Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and facility standards.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
