Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time shifts in Florida. The RN will supervise nursing staff, oversee daily activities, and ensure care aligns with standards and regulations. A sign-on bonus is offered for the night shift.

Responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, leading shift meetings, and coordinating services to maintain continuity of care for residents. BSN preferred; current Florida RN license and CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
