Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing staff across shifts and ensure care quality in accordance with regulations. You will oversee daily nursing activities and align with federal, state, and local standards.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, BSN preferred, IV certification, 2 years of clinical nursing, and CPR/BLS certification. English proficiency is essential; growth opportunities and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to resolve concerns.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services.
