Job summary

Aston Group in Florida—Largo is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily activities during assigned shifts, ensuring care aligns with professional standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred for this role.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Proficient English communication; additional languages are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
