Job summary

Heritage Healthcare Services seeks an RN Supervisor for our Private Duty Nursing Team. The role involves overseeing in-home caregivers, conducting case conferences, and ensuring quality patient care within a 100-mile radius.

Active RN license and 3+ years nursing experience are preferred, with supervisory experience a plus. Expect travel and coordination with the healthcare team to maintain compliance and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• 3+ years of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and judgement are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and remain professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor private duty nursing staff to ensure high-quality in-home care.
• Document patient conditions and care services via electronic charting.
• Conduct in-office and in-home supervisory visits and staff conferences.
• Perform client home visits within a 100-mile radius with proper authorization.
• Recruitment, interviewing and training of new private duty nursing staff may be involved.
• Ensure compliance with Company and State home health policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to meet patient in-home care needs.
