Allina Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to supervise patient care and clinical operations at the Springbrook Infusion site in Coon Rapids, MN. This role partners with site leadership to drive exceptional clinical quality and staff engagement, overseeing daily operations and scheduling for an 8-hour day shift.
Required is an Associate degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of RN hospital/clinic experience and demonstrated leadership.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing or related field with 3+ years RN hospital/clinic experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 2+ years supervisory experience.
Responsabilités
- Supervises patient care, clinical operations and partners with site leadership to support clinical quality results.
- Coordinates daily operations and staff; ensures adequate equipment, tools and resources for care.
- Hires, manages, leads and engages staff to drive performance and patient outcomes.
- Ensures effective orientation and clinical training for staff to operate at top of licensure.
- Manages staff volumes and participates in budget and capital request processes.
- May manage a remote workforce.
