Job summary

Allina Health in Saint Paul is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee clinical operations across Medical, Radiation, and Surgical Oncology. You will lead the clinic nursing team, support staff development, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care in a dynamic cancer institute setting.

The role requires a BSN or MSN and 3+ years of oncology nursing experience, with RN licensure in MN (WI where applicable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• 3+ years oncology nursing experience (inpatient or outpatient).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to oncology clinic nursing and support staff.
• Coordinate daily clinic operations, staffing, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Lead initiatives for evidence-based practice aligned with standards (ONS, NCCN, COC).
• Oversee assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and policies.
