Allina Health Woodbury Clinic is seeking a Supervisor Clinical Services-RN Primary Care to lead the clinic’s nursing and clinical staff.

The role f ora full-time, day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, focuses on coordinating operations, staff development and ensuring high-quality patient care in a Primary Care setting. Requires 3+ years RN hospital/clinic experience and leadership; Bachelor’s preferred.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Nursing or related field with minimum 3 years' hospital/clinic RN experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred with 2+ years RN experience; project/initiative experience; 2+ years supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinates daily operations and staff.
• Supervises and understands scope of practice for patient care delivery by staff.
• Participates in daily huddles to ensure equipment and resources for patient care.
• Hire, manage, lead and engage staff to drive performance.
• Ensure orientation and clinical training for staff to operate at top of licensure or certification.
• Builds and retains engaged staff using engagement data and tools.
• Supports staff volumes and manage clinical operations budget and capital requests.
