Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center in Maryland is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing. This management role oversees clinical operations during a night/early morning shift (11pm-7:30am) and ensures quality care, compliance, and satisfaction for residents, families, and staff.

The RN Supervisor collaborates with physicians and DON, supervises LPNs and GNAs, manages staffing to limit overtime, and maintains accurate health records.

Formación

• Must hold an active RN license in the state.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience supervising GNA’s and LPNs in a nursing facility.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Observe and monitor residents' health and assess needs to provide quality care.
• Work with physicians to create care plans and assist during procedures.
• Maintain complete health records and reports.
• Supervise and train LPNs and GNAs on staff.
• Administer medications and provide emergency care when needed.
• Ensure staffing coverage and limit overtime/agency usage.
