UP Health System - Marquette, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Hospital Supervisor RN for a part-time role. You will supervise daily staffing, provide training, and ensure high-quality patient care across 4x12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate holds a Michigan RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and BLS-HCP certification, with supervisory experience preferred and ACLS/PALS preferred. This position emphasizes staff development and compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff; conducts evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assesses and ensures quality of services and staff development, ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Performs staff duties as needed to meet service levels.
• Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
