Aventura at Creekside in Carbondale, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join the leadership team. The role oversees daily nursing operations, manages a team of nursing professionals, and ensures high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license.
• 2 years nursing experience in skilled care settings.
• 1 year or more in supervision/leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a nursing team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care with confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with residents and families.
• Ensure nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with accurate documentation.
• Lead shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage and staffing.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and staff support.
• Monitor residents' health and vital signs; review medical records.
• Respond to emergencies and assess need for critical care.
• Participate in care meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and continuous learning in the nursing department.
