Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA
• 2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting
• 1 year of supervising/leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of nursing professionals
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to quality care
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and families

• Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and assess residents' needs for critical care.

• Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing staff education.

• Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning within the nursing department.

Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm!

• 12-hour shift (7a-7:30p)
