Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to provide hands-on nursing leadership, oversee daily resident care, and help ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an RN license and prior supervisory experience in SNF/LTC settings; you will supervise staff, coordinate nursing operations, review orders, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in SNF/LTC or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience desired.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff.
• Oversee resident care to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations and assignments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Guide RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants.
• Conduct rounds and address residents' needs.
• Review physician orders, care plans, and documentation.
• Assist with medication management and treatment oversight.
• Promote infection prevention and control procedures.
• Address staffing and clinical concerns promptly.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
• Support investigations and follow-up as needed.
• Assist Director of Nursing with regulatory initiatives.
