Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team. You will provide hands-on nursing leadership, oversee resident care, and help ensure the nursing department operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, LTC, or rehab settings.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a nursing team.
• Capable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff.
• Oversee resident care to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations and assignments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in condition.
• Guide RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants.
• Conduct rounds and address residents' needs.
• Review physician orders, care plans, and documentation.
• Assist with medication management and treatment oversight.
• Promote infection prevention and control procedures.
• Address staffing and clinical concerns promptly.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support the Director of Nursing with regulatory initiatives.
• Serve as nursing leader during assigned shifts.
