Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Experience supervising nursing staff in SNF/LTC or rehab.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff.
- Oversee resident care to ensure quality and safety.
- Coordinate daily nursing operations and assignments.
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
- Guide RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants.
- Conduct rounds and review care plans and documentation.
- Assist with medication management and treatment oversight.
- Ensure infection prevention procedures are followed.
- Support the Director of Nursing with regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a nursing leader during assigned shifts.
