Aventura at Creekside in Carbondale, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join the leadership team. The role oversees daily nursing operations, manages a team of nursing professionals, and ensures high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license.
• 2 years nursing experience in skilled care settings.
• 1 year or more in supervision/leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a nursing team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA

• 2 years of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting

• 1 Year of supervising/leadership experience

• Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and proper staffing levels.

• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.

• Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and assess residents' needs for critical care.

• Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing staff education.

• Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning within the nursing department.

Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm!
